Fitness is not one size fits all, Semi-Private Personal Training gives you the best of both worlds: a customized program & expert coaching, all in a small group setting that keeps you accountable and consistent

  • 5 member cap per session
  • Programs designed for individuals goals
  • Monthly check-ins where nutrition, lifestyle, and other health topics can be discussed- creating a holistic approach to fitness & health

 


WHAT TO EXPECT

-Individualized program delivered to directly your phone

-In-person training 2, 3, or 4 times per week

-A plan for exercise, nutrition, and recovery outside of sessions

-A supportive group environment that fosters camaraderie and accountability

 

 


HOW TO GET SIGNED UP

  1. Consult

    -Meet with one of our coaches to see if this program is a good fit for you

  2. Strategy Session

    -Movement assessment and outline goals

  3. 1st semi-private session

    – Show up to your first training session and meet the others in your group

  4. 1 month follow up (away from session)

    – Conversation with the coach on how the plan is going

  5. Continuous programming + monthly check ins

    – Continue crushing goals and seeing results!
