About Urban Fitness

Urban Fitness is a 11,000 sq. ft., first class fitness facility, committed to providing superb fitness experiences and results. Our purpose at Urban Fitness is to create a unique environment where everyone is welcome, inspired, and pushed to improve their fitness, see results, and live optimally.

Our goal is to truly focus on you and help you get the most out of each workout. Creating fitness goals and seeing clients and members achieve results is something we are extremely passionate about. No matter the goal or fitness level, we are committed to help you succeed and support you along the way. It’s all about commitment.

Chase Isle

Chase Isle

Chase’s introduction to the fitness world started when he was a young athlete growing up in small town Montana. With limited access to quality coaching and proper fitness techniques, he strived to teach himself and gather as much research and understanding of both athletic performance and overall fitness as he possible could. He started applying the knowledge he had acquired and began exercising with intent and focus towards becoming the fastest, strongest and most functional version of himself. Through this process, he developed a passion for perfecting his understanding of body mechanics, strength training, and sport performance enhancement.

Chase’s passion and dedication to maximizing his personal health and understanding the complexity of the human body lead him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Montana State University, while also being a collegiate athlete. In addition to his degree in Kinesiology, Chase went on to earn a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification in personal training and a NASM Performance Enhancement Certification. He has used his education, certifications, and personal training knowledge to help guide and motivate hundreds of clients to accomplish their fitness goals.

A long-lasting passion and experience in the fitness industry has helped him realize the importance of the human connection from both a physical and mental aspect. Realizing this, he decided that to reach and connect to as many people as possible he needed a taller platform to stand on. After 15 years of personal training in the corporate sector, and with the expertise and knowledge of partner Eddie Davila, the Urban Fitness brand was created! Through Urban Fitness, Chase hopes to offer a facility that allows members and guests an outlet to be creative and functional in utilizing fitness as a way of life.

Fun Facts:

  • When Chase is not training clients, himself or working around the gym you will find him with his wife Sheryl and their 3 dogs exploring all that Montana has to offer.
  • He is an avid MSU bobcat and Minnesota Vikings fan
  • Enjoys golfing and watching anything related to the supernatural.

Eddie Davila

Eddie Davila

Helping people and continuing to learn and grow are things that Eddie is extremely passionate about. He genuinely enjoys helping people in any way he can. It just so happens that he has a deep-rooted interest in fitness and how it can combat disease and have positive impacts on the mind and body (and biceps, of course). He is fascinated at how a stimulus (e.g., exercise), coupled with good eating habits and quality rest, can alter the body’s physiology in such a way that living, breathing, and moving become easier, enjoyable, and so rewarding! Life is good. Fitness is just one way to improve the quality of it and in so many ways! Eddie is VERY thrilled and humbled to be able to share his passions with the UF Team and the UF community!

Eddie earned his bachelors in exercise science and his masters degree in exercise physiology and nutrition from Montana State University (MSU). He’s been working in the fitness industry for the past 15 years. He also works as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation at Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital where he works directly with cardiac and respiratory patients undergoing evidence-based rehabilitative exercise training. Further, Eddie also serves as a Kinesiology adjunct instructor at MSU. Lastly, he volunteers on various committees for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and other organizations to help review, edit, and create exercise science educational materials for professionals and students within the health and fitness industries.

Rani Brzezinski

Rani Brzezinski

I recently graduated from MSU this Fall with a degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience. I plan to attend medical school after spending some time as a personal trainer helping others reach their fitness goals. I believe that health and fitness is the key to a happy and fulfilling life. A few years ago, I committed to improving my health. After losing almost 50 pounds I have noticed huge benefits both mentally and physically. My goal is to help others become comfortable in the gym and realize for themselves the positive impacts fitness can have on their quality of life. When I am not working, I can be found working out, hiking with my dogs, or spending time with my family and friends.

Mikayla Yore

Mikayla Yore

Hi! My name is Mikayla Yore, and I am from Meridian, Idaho. I am currently attending Montana State University and majoring in Accounting. I grew up competing in gymnastics and rodeo, and also played volleyball at the collegiate level. I competed at USA Olympic Weightlifting Junior Nationals 2x and had a top 10 finish both times. I love the outdoors, going on hikes with my dogs, and of course, working out! I’m so excited to start this new journey!

Ethan Dunham

Ethan Dunham

Hello! My name is Ethan Dunham and I’m originally from New York. I moved to Montana 12 years ago and I am happy to call Bozeman home. I was a competitive swimmer for 10 years.  At the time this was my passion until I started going to the gym and aspiring to build a career in the fitness industry. I have since acquired my personal training certification through NASM and have been in the pursuit of expanding my knowledge of the fitness industry to not only improve my physical wellbeing but to also provide the best possible service for my clients. You can also find me working the service desk at Urban Fitness and roaming the fitness floor where my goal is to provide a unique member experience to everyone who walks through our door. As a trainer, I aspire to improve the overall health, strength, and mobility of all members and clients while providing a fun and functional environment to train in.

My favorite pastimes include shed hunting, snowboarding, or floating some of the many rivers in MT.

Nico Little

Nico Little

My name is Nico Little and I am from Denver, Colorado. I came to Bozeman to attend Montana State University, where I am majoring in Accounting. I grew up playing baseball and football, so I’m an avid Denver Broncos fan. My hobbies include working out, playing golf, hanging out with friends, and enjoying the outdoors!

Sean Van Horssen

Sean Van Horssen

Sean Van Horssen is a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach who has a vast knowledge and experience with not only athletes, but people trying to better their overall health.

Sean was born in Helena Montana and raised his whole life until high school around that area. He Graduated from Montana State University in 2016. Since then, he has worked for a MBSC (Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning) facility in Hamilton Montana, as well as MSU strength and conditioning (Football, track, and field, distance runners).

For the past 5 years, Sean has been doing Online training with lifestyle and bodybuilding clients in conjunction with working at the ridge (2018-2022).

Sean also has his Masters in Sports Psychology as well as a Fitness Nutrition Certification. With his experience and schooling combined, Sean aims to better his clients physically, and mentally by building better habits, challenging them daily, and overall pushing for personal growth.

Sean wants to work with motivated individuals who are striving to either A. better themselves, or B. have a body goal and time frame in mind to reach it. Through an all-encompassing program (diet, exercise, mindset, habits) Sean is confident he can help ANYONE reach their goals.

Savana Melland, PT, DPT

Savana Melland, PT, DPT

Savana Melland was born and raised in Montana but received her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND in 2011. Savana and her family moved back to Montana in 2013 and she has been serving Gallatin County since.

Savana has special interest in the active population which includes fitness athletes of all ages. Whether you are seeking treatment post-operatively or have been dealing with pain and limitations in your daily life or in the gym, she is happy to help. Her treatment style ensures to meet you where you are without limiting you from the things you love, with extra focus on what you can do while rehabbing.

Zach Albro

Hello! My name is Zach Albro, I have lived in Montana for my whole life except for one year where I lived in Australia. I go to Manhattan Christian School, where I play both football and basketball. I fell in love with the gym at the age of 13 and it has felt like my second home ever since, which led me to work here at Urban Fitness. Outside of sports and the gym, I enjoy hanging out with friends, golfing, playing with my dog, and watching movies (usually comedy).

Fitness is more than just a job for me – it’s a way of life that I’m passionate about
sharing with others. As a certified personal trainer, my mission is to inspire and
empower people to reach their full potential through functional training and high-energy
boot camp workouts.

During my time in the fitness industry, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the
human body and how to maximize its capabilities through targeted exercises and proper
technique. My approach combines strength training, cardio, and mobility work to build
overall athleticism and prepare the body for real-world movements.
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply feel more energized, my
training style will challenge you in a supportive and motivating environment. We’ll work
together to push your limits, break through plateaus, and achieve the results you’ve
been striving for.

What sets me apart is my ability to craft personalized programs that cater to each
individual’s needs and goals. I’ll be your partner, coach, and biggest cheerleader,
providing the guidance and accountability you need to stay on track.
When I’m not training clients, you can find me exploring new hiking trails, experimenting
with healthy recipes in the kitchen and hanging out with my kids!
