This awesome cost-effective creative programming is ideal for those who are looking to exercise with friends, create bonds with other members, and join a community of like-minded fitness personalities striving to achieve their personal health and fitness goals. SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Fitness is not one size fits all, Semi-Private Personal Training gives you the best of both worlds: a customized program & expert coaching, all in a small group setting that keeps you accountable and consistent

  • 5 member cap per session
  • Programs designed for individuals goals
  • Monthly check-ins where nutrition, lifestyle, and other health topics can be discussed- creating a holistic approach to fitness & health

 


WHAT TO EXPECT

-Individualized program delivered to directly your phone

-In-person training 2, 3, or 4 times per week

-A plan for exercise, nutrition, and recovery outside of sessions

-A supportive group environment that fosters camaraderie and accountability

Girls Summer Strength 2025


Summer Shred – Begins May 13th

 

Summer is quickly approaching and we want to help you prepare! If you are looking to lose weight or get into peak shape- this program is for you. Take 8 weeks with us to invest in yourself, push limits, and create healthy habits.

WHAT YOU GET:

TRAINING- 3 group training sessions per week. These workouts will be tailored specifically for body composition results. Body composition will be measured before and after the 8 weeks on the InBody.

EDUCATION- Nutrition is the biggest component in weight loss, but may be the most misunderstood. We will host an introductory workshop where you get the information you need to succeed, as well as continued education throughout the challenge.

CHALLENGES AND ACCOUNTABILITY- Throughout the 8 weeks, we will be putting forth challenges for you to complete outside of class. These will promote healthy habits and drive the results home. You and your fellow Summer Shred members will be able to communicate and push each other through the challenge.
